CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS
We are introducing some new exciting dance classes to the timetable. Lucinda Clark, an ex-pupil from Lisa Jane School of Dance, worked with the senior jazz dancers last term and choreographed 'Crazy in Love' for the show. The dancers loved the classes and asked if we could run the classes regularly.
Therefore, Lucinda is going to teach Street Jazz at all levels on Monday afternoons at Old Basing Village Hall. There will be three groups:
Musical Theatre Class 5.00-5.45 6-8/9 year olds Fun class, working on up-to-date shows and
pop songs
Street Jazz 5.45-6.30 9-12 year olds Beginners street jazz
Street Jazz 6.30-7.15 13 years upwards Intermediate-Advanced
Each class will start with a strong jazz warm-up, learning new street jazz moves and learning a routine which will increase in length each week and be shown at watching week at the end of term.
If you are interested please let Miss Lisa know immediately. The classes will be added to your bill. There will be a settling in period of 3 lessons.
